Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FabuLuxe Limited. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Business Model

FabuLuxe Limited acts as the buyer and charges only a small commission from suppliers to keep prices competitive. We are not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or any damage during transportation. However, we’ll coordinate closely with the factory to ensure quality control for every order—either onsite or via video / photo inspection—prior to delivery.
 

Delivery & Installation (Quote separately)

  • Each order includes one-time elevator delivery and installation.

  • If separate arrangements are required, additional charges will apply.

  • If items cannot be delivered via elevator and must be transported via stairs or balcony, the customer is responsible for extra labor, crane rental, and insurance costs.
     

Force Majeure

FabuLuxe Limited is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public disruptions

  • Accidents

  • Customs issues

  • Other unforeseen events
     

Material Disclaimer

We work with natural materials that may show unique variations. These are not considered defects:

  • Marble: Patterns vary.

  • Leather: May show natural marks and color differences.

  • Brass: Will naturally oxidize over time to an antique finish.

  • Rattan and other natural materials: May show texture and color variation.
     

Warranty & Acceptance

  • No warranty is provided due to factory pricing, unless explicitly offered by our suppliers. Certain factories extend a one‑year warranty from the date of purchase, excluding accidental damage or issues arising from human misuse.

Payment Terms

  • 50 / 100% payment is required upon order confirmation.

  • Orders begin processing only after payment and signed confirmation.
     

Shipment

  • Delivery will be arranged once the order is ready.

  • Please notify us in advance if you have a preferred delivery date.
     

Additional Notes

  • Clients are responsible for removing old furniture.

  • Removal service is available upon request with advance notice.

  • All transactions are governed by Hong Kong SAR law.

  • FabuLuxe Limited reserves the final interpretation of these terms.
